Okay...lemme bring another topic to the table... I have seen the SYNC videos, I have checked the list of cellular phones that are SYNC friendly...and yes, I have read that most blue tooth phones "should" work with SYNC... But...what do you all think? I have a Moto Q right now, and it is available with SYNC already...BUT, verizon has a new touch screen coming out, the LG VX10000 Voyager, and I want it!!! It is said to be available in November... It has Blue tooth, but what if, just what if, it doesnt work with SYNC? I mean, what do you all think the chances are that a bluetooth capable phone will not work with SYNC?

I appreciate you sharing all this wonderful info with those of us that have not gotten out 2008's yet. It really helps create a broader picture of SYNC. I spoke with my dealer yesterday and he now says that if I order around the first of NOV. I MIGHT get it by Christmas, or around the 1st of Jan. Hey there Akirby... I appreciate your feedback. I have done a lot of thinking about this, and asking around personally also, and I keep hearing the majority say that it will cost a little more money for things such as tires and so forth, but it is not a huge difference as well as the ride still being great and the MPG is not affected too much... So, I feel that 20's is the way to go. If the tires and such are a little more expensive that is okay by me simply because I know i wont have to get tires all the time. It is something you just dont have to do all the time. Hubby already pays a lot for his "meaty" truck tires, so might as well add me to the "expensive" tire list...lol Thanks to all of you for the suggestions!!

Hi there and thanks for the info!! what exactly would a sport tuned suspension do for the ride? I wish I could test drive one with 20's, but my local lot does not have any thus far... Maybe, like you said, by the time I order, before the actual build date, I could drive one...

hi there. yeah, I see what you are saying. i do not travel that much, maybe 4 times a year I go on a 5 hour trip. but, i do, do a lot of every day driving, well, at least 40 miles or so a day... not a ton of driving, but i do want comfort... Thank you for the info!

Okay... I will be ordering my 2008 Edge in about 3 weeks.... I, at first, had decided that I was going to stick with 18 in. rims, because I heard, from several people that the larger the rim, the worse the ride and the MPG. So what I would love to do here is get opinions, and or experiences. I am now thinking about going ahead and going with 20's just because they are sooooo appealing to the eyes! But, I don't want to make the gas mileage a lot worse and I dont want the ride to be really bumpy and not comfy. Please, lemme hear what you all think.... Sincerely, NPG girl~
