Unbelievable that this has not been done as a 2011 AWD recall! If Ford really gave a shit about their buyers they would have sent all the owners of the applicable vehicles a letter to bring in the Edge and they will change out the rear end diff and whatever parts are necessary for the fix. This is the kind of crap that sometimes makes me wonder if I made a mistake coming back to an American brand. I bought a Ford out of the whole "Buy American" campaign and because of a general patriotic attitude I have. I sure as hell hope I don't regret it. We have an Infiniti and if there is even the slightest of problems we take that car in and they get us in and out with a really nice loaner and get the car fixed without hesitation or doubting what we think is wrong. I have not experienced this yet when I take my Edge in for a problem and I've had to do that twice since I bought it in September 2011.

I dont understand why everyone wants bkack lugnuts. I think the chrome helps offset the black in the wheel and looks good matching the other shiny parts of the wheel. Thats just my opinion though. -

The stuff for the 11s and 12s fit the 2013s so you are safe buying parts that are listed for 2011-2012. There are very little differences between the models . -

It's not impossible. Order a new chrome backing piece and have it painted tricoat red for about $50-$75 and then there is a guy on eBay who makes the ford emblem in the colors you are talking about. Just search for Ford emblems on eBay and you can even get the blue background in actual black with the red Ford letting that will match your car color. Sometimes I wish I owned the red sport just so I could do tht emblem setup. It would look fantastic!

The front emblem has some tabs holding it on. If you reach down behind the front grill you can reach them and I believe they all pull upwards to get the notch past the catch. I found the billet badges on eBay.

There is a boosted rail technology RF amp under one of the bigger Amps that runs the center channel and the D pillar speakers. That amp is running up around 250 watts, so I guess things are getting close to 2000 watts. I just installed a Fosgate 10 farad hybrid type capacitor and it really helped tighten up the bass. The Amps seem like they are not heating up as fast either. It was a good idea to add a quality capacitor for certain. -
I can't figure out how to pull it out. I've put a good bit of force on it and I got the the point where I started worrying about breaking the plastic behind it. It feels like there is a lip behind it that is bigger than the hole rather than it being some type of push pin. -
