this is one of many problems I have with my new ford edge limited sometime my phone work and some times it doesn't &*%$# I have a long list of problems I'm having with the sync my touch sometime my screen goes blank for a couple day and I can't use anything raido, heat ect.... has been in the shop 3 times the last time the service manager was in the car with me and ford said OH WELL and won't do a buy back good luck to you all on yours it will be a matter of time until things start going wrong and become a BIG safty problem
