My wifes 2007 has the 4th set of 18" chrome wheels on it currently. They corrode after each winters use. Ford will go broke replacing these wheels. They keep saying that it is a new part #, but the design is terrible. I'd sooner have the plain wheels, but the dealer is only allowed to replace with the wheels that came on the Edge originally. As soon as warranty runs out, the corroded wheels will be our problem. I guess that's what Ford is counting on.

Has anyone found replacement door sills for the Edge? It looks like the "Roush" aluminum door sills made for the new Mustangs will fit the same opening on the edge.

I recently added an AVS Bugdeflector to our 2007 Edge. I bought the clear version and then sprayed the back side with matching body color paint (redfire metallic) and it looks great! A lot better than just having a black plastic one on the front. As for drilling holes, I too was worried about drilling into our new hood, but once you look at the hood, it only takes 2 or 3 small screws and the hood is already made to be drilled. No problem. Did not use the bumpers.

I recently took a stone into the chrome grille on our 2007 Edge and would like to know if anyone has any instructions for replacing the grille. I already have the new grille; however, I believe it requires removing the complete front bumper cover. Is this correct?
