I also have the rear roof DVD system and I left the dealer without a remote or a pair of wireless headphones. However, after reading the owners manual, I called my salesman and he was able to get me the missing pieces after a few days. He said the parts department holds on to them because they were dissapearing from the vehicles. You should get two sets of wireless headphones and a remote control with batteries for all.
