I still cannot do it right! First AutoZone broke the plastic part of the arm, then more recently I broke the plastic. Next time I have to replace the rear wiper blade I'm going to let the dealer do it.

My 2011 Edge MFT has not given me any problems. There were two or three times when it chose to reboot when I needed the review camera, but hey, I have been driving over 55 years and this is the only car I've had with a backup camera. The car I drive to work doesn't have one. So not a big deal.

What is the latest Navigation SD card? If I don't have the latest can I purchase a new one?

Mine changes colors on its own also.

How do you download the Mapquest directions if you don't have data service on your phone. I did it once before but I updated to 3.2 and the info got erased. I don't remember how I did it before. Phone call to Services? If so, what command?

I have read the owner's manual on this subject several times but I cannot get the rear wiper blade to come off. I got the front two off ok. Am I just too weak? I am afraid to force it too much and because it does not have a maintenance position like the front wipers, the angle is different. This is a 2011 SEL.

I installed this past Saturday. Took between 40 and 45 minutes. I had to repair the phones and reset the presets on SiriusXm. Did not have to reset the AM and FM presets. When I went in to report successful installation this morning Sync already showed that I had 3.2.2 installed.

SMR is down until 1pm EDT. Tried to go there earlier while reading this thread.

I lived in Washington DC for three winters. Lots of snow there.

The only time that I don't use the parking brake is when I have been driving in slush and the temp will drop below zero during the night. Been doing this 52 years now, never have had an issue with the parking brake not releasing.

Ingot Silver because that is what my wife likes for cars.

WD-40 gets rid of tar and bugs, but I am hesitant to try in on this car. What do you think?

While parking at the doctor's office my wife bumped a post or something like it. There are white horizontal marks in a vertical plain of abouit 9 inches. It looks like she caught the side of a post. Question is, what product do I use on the bumper to "buff" the marks out assuming that it is paid transfer? If they are scratches I will have to get touch up paint. Any suggestions? I'll try to post a picture later.

Not a silly question. I think the tank on the FWD is 18 gals and on the AWD is 19 gals. I could me mistaken. It could be different for different years also.

We have a 2011 SEL. We've hade it about 14 months now. I don't drive it daily. It is the first car that I have been excited about and I bought my first car in 1963. I've had both new and used cars over the years. As far as MFT is concerned, once it decided to reboot at a most inconvient time when I needed the backup camera. Other than that, no problems. Took it to the dealer once to get their special on an oil change. Got the tires rotated for free, otherwise I wouldn't have taken it to the dealer for the oil change. We have about 7,000 miles and I have had the oil changed twice. Overkill, I know, but the first time was because I was concerned about the low mileage being bad (I'm old schoool) and the second time we were going out of town and I didn't want to take any chances. I love driving this car. :hyper: Some call it a truck, I call it a car. My van is registered as a truck but I call it a car also. (Is there spell check on this forum?)

Installed NuShield a couple of weeks ago. Very easy to do. The protective shields peeled off like they were supposed to. I haven't driven the car enough to notice the effect on glare, but I did notice I still get fingerprints. I haven't tried to clean them off yet, so I don't know how that will work out.

It it very hard for me to see the temp because of the contrast and the small lettering. I have to take my eyes off of more important things too long in order to focus on the temp.

Are there any instructions on how to use the navigation system? I get routes that are not logical. We live in the Dallas Ft Worth area and go to Fredericksburg twice a year, so I know how to get there. But when I asked the navigation for the route, it takes me on some back roads that are too hilly and curvy so that you can not maintain a steady speed. If I can't get to route me properly when I know where I'm going, I can't trust it to route me where I don't know the way. My Garmin took me on the same idiotic way so it is not just Ford. Google offered me three routes and one is the one we take. I don't have data service on my cell phone so I can't download google or mapsco or whatever.

How do you install wallpapers? I had one when I first got the car but the latest MFT update deleted it and I can't find or remember how to do it.
