Our edge (about to hit 25k) started doing this a couple of months ago. A musky smell upon start up then goes away after a couple of seconds after the A/C turns on. Ive tried turning off the A/C and running the fan only a minute/two before reaching a destination and turning the system completely off everytime we exit the car. Ive sprayed A/C cleaning solution in the blower, cowl & vents. This helps for a day or two then back at it. Ive replaced the cabin air filter and air filter. Nothing seems to work. Havent taken it to the dealer due to lack of time. It is an annoyance.

I had the same blueish hue from my ddm 5k bulbs and hated it. I Went with morimoto 5k's bulbs keeping the ddm ballast. No blue hue what so ever. A nice crisp white. As far as alignment, you can always lower them a bit if on coming traffic keeps flashing at you just my .02 cents

No TSB that I am aware of. The problem lies within the door latch. It needs to be replaced. Had mine replaced not too long ago. Problem solved

Im ru 9006 55w kit and no harness here for about a year. No problems. Only thing i did change was the bulb. The 5000k bulb I had were a bit too blue for my liking. I now have morimotos 5000k bulbs. Best investment yet my .02 cents.

Our Sport just started to do this as well. :-(

Well that sucks. Weird on how my ddm 9006 fits fine. No problems.

I'm currently run a 9006 bulb 5000K 55W from DDM tuning. Easy to install and works great. Price is very reasonable (~$50)

You would have to hit up a shop that can custom tune the ECU to compensate for the added Air . Wish SCT offered a handeld for the 3.7L

The harness plugs are found on the rear driver side panel in the cargo area. You must remove the plastic cover to get a hold of the plugs. I have instructions for the 100 bi-directional series if your interested....should be the same install I believe.

Yes, only one key fob for this kit. If I recall, I think you can program up to 8. They do sell separate key fob for about $40. The integrated key fob is much more convenient but the range on this thing is pretty impressive.

I recently installed the bi-directional on my '11 Sport. All hardware installation was a breeze. Only thing I could not do was activate the remote start function. Had the dealer turn the function on with their IDS. Everything is as stated..plug & play.

I wonder if one off a ford Flex would work? I believe the part #'s are the same but dont know about the color This one to be specific
