Sure you can help. A refund on the throttle body replacement would be nice. Better yet recall it, so everyone can have it fixed. This is a very serious safety issue!

I had the same problem on my 2011 Edge. I called Ford customer service and they seemed to care less. I told them that short of people dying, I hope this turns out like the GM fiasco. Ihad the throttle body replaced for roughly $700. My wife still didn't feel safe and was REALLY pissed off at FORD. Later that week, traded in the car. Was upsidedown on the payment, but would rather that than to be squished by a semi on the interstate. BTW: Had door ajar issue as well.

You know what I meant. I should have known better than to buy a car that runs a Microsoft product...it revolted twice on the way into work this morning. And no, I am not joking.

I pulled the battery and it works now.

How can I tell which version I am running and where do I get the update?

Last night everything in that car worked fine. Today, if you hit the voice command button on the steering wheel, nothing happens. I can't figure it out. Any ideas? I did a master reset, but that did no good. Any and all help is appreciated.
