Just bought an AWD 07 edge in Mississauga Ontario CA. Low KMS, beautiful car. Noticed the smell when I stop at a light. Took it in yesterday, they said it was dry as a bone underneath. I have the premium esp to 95k. Does any body know if they re-engineered this seal so it actually works properly. Is it possible to find dealer repair records on this vehicle to see if this has been repaired before. I've only had the car a few days and I think I can return it within 30 days if not satisfied. Before I bought the car I had it written into the deal that the oil leak would be fixed. At that point I thought it was something simple.....
