  1. To my knowledge these statements are correct to a point. Good job with the info. First paragraph is correct. Second paragraph is correct, with the exception of hold back is a percentage of invoice. I do not know the exact amount. Third paragraph is correct, with the exception of #1 and #3. Dealer will give all rebate customer is entitle too (I speak for our dealership). Ford does audit dealers to make sure they comply with rebate programs and customers receive all entitle rebates. Dealers do charge a processing fee and it is posted in show room. At least in VA it must be posted. Other after market products are offered to customers, it is up to them to purchase or not. Most invoice sales are for the main purpose of moving vehicles quickly and make room for more. Yes it does cost money to keep them on the lot.

  3. I am still going to school. English is not an easy language. I have been going to school for over 10 years and I’m still learning. And just when you think you have learned, comes something else new to learn. I have gone to school for regular English, conversational English, modern English and I still have trouble. So if anyone knows a better way to learn English, let me know. I speak English, Spanish, Italian and now studying Arabic. It’s not easy! The hardest part of languages is the writing.

  7. Ok folk's: I had it coming. No problem. It's a chance you take when you venture into the unknown. I apologize if I came out the wrong way or if I offended anyone. This was not my intension. I am still learning English and everyday is a learning experience. My overall objective here is to assist and help everyone interested in a Ford product. In this case the Ford Edge. I will review, spell check and take your inputs to heart. I will listen to what you have to say and not take it personal.   8. Hello 007: You sound like the customers from the moon. Regardless of what you may think, and that is if you have any brains. Invoice price minus rebates is an excellent price. You remind me of the customers that try to steal the cars and then expect everyone to wait on you hand and feet. Well get a life and be for real. Laugh all you want.   10. This is not correct. If you write I state"If you are giving away your xplan pin numbers, I would be glad to assist your friend in the sale." I believe that means: If are a x-plan pin holder and are giving a pin to a friend, I would be glad to assist in the sale. I have not or owuld not request unused pins from anyone. I have 7 of my own. Let me correct something else. We as sales representative with Ford we do have a form to fill out as to who was the sponsered the x -plan pin number. If you want correct information about any Ford buying program feel free to call me at 757-583-3673. I would glad to give correct a accurate information before you my a purchase.
