  1. The internal diaphragm fails and won’t hold pressure/vacuum.
  2. Umm...that’s just window tint. Not like a ceramic coating.
  3. You would think it was a one way clip but you never know. Should be easy enough to check/test.
  4. One guess is that the sub was reconnected backwards and the polarity got reversed.
  5. I know I was just pointing out that aren't any more expensive than most other good 20" tires. Something I was pleasantly surprised to find out.
  6. The tires are only $200 apiece. I paid right at $1000 out the door for a new set of 4. I've had them for 2.5 years 25000 miles and never had any damage other than curb rash.
  7. Wrench, tell me a joke! What do you get when you combine Star Wars with baseball? The Umpire Strikes Out!
  8. It's a new partnership between Snap On and Alexa.
  9. I apologize - I did not read the topic title that clearly said PTU!
  10. If it's not leaking I would definitely try the multiple fluid swaps first either DIY or let the mechanic do it. Can't hurt.
  11. You said transmission so I wasn't sure.
  12. Was it the transmission or the PTU?
  13. Sometimes they do that but sometimes they just shut off completely. I think there are multiple failure scenarios at work here.
  14. Engine dies but usually restarts. Hesitation. May or may not set the CEL and a code.
  15. I might has misspoken. I forgot they continued using those head units until MFT came out. It looks like the steering wheel has a voice button on it so that could have sync 1. That looks like an Edge and as Mano points out the 2007 Edge did not have sync but 2008 and later did but I think it was optional.
  16. Just let it go. You’re never going to convince him otherwise.
  17. Factory HID is bi-xenon with a deflector that switches the light from high beam to low beam.
  18. Yes - looks like the old clarion/pioneer units (pre-sync).
  19. You must be talking about easy entry where the seat slides back and forth. Try running the seat all the way to the front and all the way to the back. Sometimes that resets the position sensors.
