  1. Our 2022 Nautilus 22-way massage seats cool pretty well. Not as good as our 2003 Aviator but better than our 2016 MKX.
  2. First I’ve heard of that on any Ford vehicle. The battery is monitored so I doubt that’s the problem. Might be a dealer visit - hopefully it stored some codes.
  3. You should be able to either unplug the sensors or just cover them.
  4. You’re also in Canada. Hot weather and humidity in the South is a totally different environment.
  5. You are the rare exception. I agree it’s best to test it but there are so many reports of bad batteries testing ok because the shop is using the old style testers that don’t work on newer batteries. I use a solar ba-7 to check CCA capacity. However it’s still true that at least 90% of the time of the battery is more than 3 yrs old and you have strange electrical issues, it’s the battery. So if you can’t get it properly tested replacing it has good odds.
  6. A LOT of bad batteries can test ok depending on how they are tested. If it’s more than 3 yrs old there is a 90% chance it needs to be replaced anyway.
  7. Yes even though it still starts and has 12 volts. They rarely last more than 4 years in newer vehicles. It causes strange electrical problems. Look at it this way - if that’s not it you’ve rule out one big thing and you’re good to go for another 3-4 years, Or get it tested with a digital cca tester not an old style load tester.
  8. Normally even the Dorman fans come as an assembly with both fans and the controller. And they are notorious for being bad right out of the box. I would either try a whole new Dorman assembly or wait for Motorcraft parts.
  9. If it’s the original battery - get a new one. Then troubleshoot from there.
  10. Don’t keep the key in your pocket. It only works if the key is within 3 feet of the hatch.
  11. Its still there via the touch screen. Or you can download it and save it on your phone. Or just print out the things you might need.
  12. Manuals are free at owner.ford.com and www.motorcraftservice.com.
  13. The original block flaw does not cause failure that quickly. They botched the new engine install. Probably messed up the head gasket.
  14. You can search for a member in the search box by changing the search for topics to members
  15. Very common problem if you read through the forum. You should have no issues with anything else but I would have the transmission fluid changed and if it’s AWD get that fluid changed too.
  16. Well there’s your 1%. Glad you got it fixed.
  17. Voltage means nothing. 99% your battery is toast. That was a classic symptom in 1st Gen fusions. Have the CCAs checked with a digital tester. If it’s not the battery it might be the connections/cables or grounds.
