  1. Thanks for posting. The pictures don't look that off, but I'm sure the difference is more discernible in person. Did you order a sample?
  2. You're pretty funny. We need more light hearts around here. Hope you get your MKX fixed!

  3. 1) No temperature control. It will run on the last settings or on Auto depending on what you set in the menu (at least for the factory driver package) 2) You need a hood pin switch. Only factory driver packages should have them already installed. 3) This has no bearing on whether the alarm/RS will work.
  4. Well in this case, who do you suppose the onus lies with? Is it the consumer that must prove that nothing hit his car?
  5. They shouldn't have tried to sell it like it would work, when the support is clearly not ready. People (general masses) don't know about BT profiles and the like. Ford says the car reads texts through BT, it had better do it for the majority of top selling phones. OR they should have said that this is spotty and support will be increasing as phones gain functionality. AND they shouldn't have left the compatibility testing to the jokers at Geek Squad. I see better things coming out of Android development sites; and these are 20 year-olds doing the work after school on their free time. (BTW 2.11 is officially available today.)
  6. If it's aligned properly, has anyone checked out the power steering unit? it may be having pressure balance issues causing it to pump in one direction more than another.
  7. I pulled the whole bumper when I was wrapping my grille in vinyl. Then I cut out the anchors with a dremel and pliers.
  8. Yup... I do this once a day on days I'm using the A/C.. usually on the commute home before I roll off the freeway, I cut the A/C and crack the windows.
  9. That sucks... Having said that, if you decide to pull one of these :peelout: into the showroom window, make sure to take pics
  10. Glad you were able to fix your problem here, but that level of service for a vehicle within the Full warranty period is preposterous.
  11. Never heard of it. Is everyone alright? No injuries hopefully. If they consider it like the windshield, do you think it will be covered under the windshield portion of insurance?
  12. My cargo net stays on all hooks. I haven't had a single problem with it. Now if we could only get a decent cargo shade to work...
  13. Does that mean you are selling them? or is there a way we can get these?
  14. China, unfortunately, will continue to be the place to go. Soon, all of your light bulbs (household) will come from there if something is not done about this overbearing legislation.
  15. What a joke. 1) T-mobile is not even on there. 2) Droid X has MAP profile for SMS but says no on the list. What happened? I'm thinking that these were the only phones available in the office on the day they decided to test functionality. Poor at best.
  16. He's just surprised since HE was the OP and posted his OE 22" wheel first.
  17. Got a set from Home Depot, but I'll check out the Lowe's ones next round. Thanks!
  18. I had something similar happen for 45 seconds or so. I tried to get into my car and the door did not unlock by touch. Fumbled for the key and used the fob buttons to unlock. After that, everything was perfectly normal again. Weird, but nothing alarming.
  19. HTC Glacier (MT4G) here without any of those issues. Is it something that just started? Have you tried testing another phone with your car to see?
  20. Just did a 2 bucket wash with ONR this weekend and my car is looking HOT. A co-worker commented on how exceptionally nice my car looked in the parking lot when he arrived at his desk. It takes some getting used to as far as feel and process goes. But for maintenance washes, ONR will be my staple. But back on topic, ONR does a fantastic job on the chrome(ish) wheels if they aren't too cruddy. Hard water spots and some old factory adhesive came right off. I have a set of Armor All Microfiber towels that I reserve for the wheels now. I bought them at Wal-mart before I knew how crappy they were compared to my new Cobra towels. The waffle weave drying towel is amazing. Question though, if you did a ONR wash and wanted to clean your tires before using Tire Gel, what's the best way to go about that?
  21. It's pretty sad also when you try to log in an get an error: "Our system has experienced an error. Please try again."
  22. Would you mind posting a picture of what the units look like before installation?
