We have a 2011 Ford Edge with Sync. Late this winter we brought it in to the deal to have them look at the HVAC system because it seemed to be either full heat or nothing. They adjusted the system (don't know the details) and the heater worked great after that. Now it's finally warm here, and we turned on the AC- no cold air. Any suggestions? We're fresh out of warranty... We are intending on arguing the point as the AC worked great last summer, but if there is an easy way to reset the HVAC system I'd like to try that first. thanks! Andy

I also upgraded to the new headrests- they do work great and completely fix the issue of the 2011 headrests. I've also tried with my Droid (origional) with USB tethering turned on- no go there, MFT says its an unsupported device. I'd love to get it to work- it would be a fantastic feature to have up and running.
