I am currently going through the same exact thing! They have had my car for 4 weeks and they are still saying Feb. 11th. I have to pay rental car expenses out of my own pocket. I've opened a case with Ford Customer Relations which is proving to be pointless. There should be a recall!!! We need to talk ... I'm calling a lawyer.
