I installed the rails on my own, after the dealer quoted me a price of $200 to do it. The instructons were on the Ford web site with the accessories. It took me about 2 hours with a screwdriver and a socket wrench, I think 7mm.

How difficult is it to install the roof racks? I do not have the vista roof, and need to put a rack on to carry bikes. I would rather stay with the Ford roof racks then use Yakima or Thule due to wind noise and the door seals possibly being damaged.
