Hello, Looking at the postings in the forum I see a lot of people who have done this by taking the car to the dealer. I'd like to do it myself, if anyone has instructions I can follow that would be great. Reading the postings in this forum I was enticed to upgrade my plain stock radio for one with NAV THX comng off a 07 Lincoln MKX 7a1t-18k931-da for my SE 07, now my volume does not work and although all other functions are fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Tanks

just did this yesterday as I bought a radio with nav system, amazingly enough the whole round console where the radio is located is held with 4 large pressure clips so if you pull it up towards you it will snap off at least one of the four clips. I have the book at home so ica n scan some pictures and post them here, it;s really easy.
