I'm having the same problem. The driver's side is cold, but the passenger side is hot. I have dual climate control, but I'm not sure if that matters.

I tried to fix mentioned earlier in the thread with no luck. I'll be going to the dealership this week.

I'm having this problem now. At first it just happened once in a while but now it's much more frequent. I was able to successfully close the close and lock the door last night but then the door became ajar all by itself and the alarm went off at 1:30am. I spent another 45 minutes out there trying to get the door to successfully closed. I read a little of this post when I first started having the problem but just stopped at the first couple pages. I wish I wasn't lazy at that time and had read about trying the key. . It sure would have helped me out this morning. I didn't realize so many people were having this problem. I have an extended warranty so I'm getting a appointment to have the dealership look at it. While I'm there I might as well have them lubricate my vista roof rails. Thanks for the info.

I went to a Ford/Lincoln dealership this weekend and the salesperson told me about a promotion Ford is doing to promote the Lincoln brand. It's called the Lincoln Date Night. Basically you sign up and you get to take home a Lincoln MKC or MKZ for 48 hours plus a $100 Visa gift card. The specs of the upcoming F-150 were revealed. The 2.7L Ecoboast in that application will have 325 hp and 375 lb-ft of torque. If they keep the same tuning for the edge that's still a pretty good jump in torque from the current version.

So there is an update on the rumor and my conversation. Turns out that my coworker misunderstood his friend. His friend was talking about the Flex not the Edge. Basically i was wrong to call my coworkers friend the fool when I should've been calling my coworker the fool lol. I would be excited if Ford did something like the Roush Edge they did a while ago. I frequent Autoblog daily. Mainly because its more convenient to get all the new in one place than going to MT, then Car and Driver etc

I had a discussion with a coworker today about the new Ford Edge. He received one as a rental and I was giving him my impressions about it since I had rented one a few weeks back. He mentioned that he had a friend that works as a Ford tech and he was excited about the 2012 Edge receiving Ecoboost engine from the SHO/F150. I told him its not the V6 from the SHO but the turbo I4. We continued going back and forth with him saying its going to be a special model and me saying his friend is a fool lol. I searched online and couldn't find any info about the Edge receiving the EcoV6 even though that would be awesome. Has anyone heard of this rumor and has any facts? Thanks

There was a recall back in October for the rear hatch locks so maybe that was one of the hold ups.

I've always liked the exhaust sound from the Infiniti FX trucks. I think they have a good balance between sounding mean without being loud and obnoxious.

Hey, I joined a few weeks ago to get some more info on the Edge Sport. I've owned 2 Fords now and I'm looking to add this one to my garage soon. I've seen every color except for the silver one. Does anyone on here have pics of a silver Edge Sport? Thanks {J}
