My 2011 LTD is now changing a/c fan speeds on its own in the manual mode. The speed changed four times in five minutes just now and made the little click sound each time as if I had been pressing the buttin...

I have two questions: Do I need to subscribe to Sirius travel-link in order to get traffic conditions? Has anyone else had trouble with verbal commands to get to Sirius channels since they re-set their channel line-up with XM Radio?

I took delivery of my custom-ordered 2011 LTD in December and started hearing the noise in March (I started this topic.) I cut-and-pasted AXM's posting below in which he/she believed that his/her dealership and finally discovered the heat shield solution and e-mailed it to my dealership and they said they would look into it but it's now been a week and have received nothing back. Maybe AXM could tell us the name of his/her dealership so we can direct ours to it?

Yes, MPG is the reason I started this topic. I've been disappointed in my mileage (and I don't have the lead foot syndrome) and the 600 RPM idle just sounds high when I stand next to the car.

My 2011 Ltd. idles in park at about 600 rpm with the a/c on. Does that sound about right?

I bought my 22011 Limited in December 2010 and haven't received one Recall or TSB notice. Are these supposed to be sent out to owners when they are issued?

Just back from the dealership. They said they test drove it and it was "a normal sound of the power steering fluid pump" and that was that. They said they heard the sound when turning right or left but it only happens for me turning right. And the "normal sound" didn't start until I got to about 2000 miles odometer...

The noise happens before I get to the stop.

Just started hearing an intermittent squeaking noise when I turn right in full motion (and it's not my tires). Anybody got any idea about this one?
