I bougt mine Nov 1st in Dixon, CA . At first it was a pairing issue that the dealership tried to resolve for 4 days in the shop. Got the vehicle back and then there were just more issues that I realized like Sync Services dialing the wrong # and not getting all of the Sirius Satellite Travelink functions as promised. Now in the shop since Monday night.
