Hey Omar, Thanks for the great reply. I decided to go ahead and try the update and as you correctly stated it did bring my car to 3.6.2. I'm not sure if it matters that I went right from 3.0.2 to 3.6.2 instead of going to 3.5.1 first. The upgrade worked so that's all that matters I guess. Frustrating that even after all of these revisions it still has some of the same problems as before. On the home screen the presets for my Sirius stations end up mostly greyed out just like they did on the first version of MFT when I got the car in 2010. The biggest annoyance for me is that the Sirius traffic (green/yellow/red colors next to the road) are now so tiny they are almost useless. If there is little traffic you can barely see the green. I knew people complained about this in the 3.0 upgrade and was hoping Ford fixed it. Sad to see they did not. Thanks again for the help. Very much appreciate it!

Earlier someone posted a PDF with a direct link to download 3.6. Does anyone know of the direct link to download 3.6.2? I have been using 2.4 of MFT since 2011 because I hated the interface changes that the performance upgrade introduced. The Ford website wouldn't let me download 3.6.2 and Ford's Twitter support told me that I needed to upgrade to 3.0.2 first and then the 3.6.2 download would become available. A Ford support rep on the phone said this was wrong, but I foolishly believed the person on Twitter and installed 3.0.2. Now I'm stuck with 3.0.2 because I still can't download 3.6.2 - the Ford site thinks my Sync version is up to date. Ford said they'd mail me a USB with 3.6.2 but I don't want to wait 10-14 days. I'd rather go as quickly as possible to 3.6.2. I'm downloading the 3.6 upgrade from this URL: http://www.syncmyride.com/syncmedia/swparts/Gen2v361build13171serviceNARev1.exe I suppose I can install this version and then bump up to 3.6.2 when I get the USB. I'm mostly frustrated at Ford for their crap support and for telling me the wrong information. If anyone has the download link to get 3.6.2 directly I'd appreciate it. Thanks..

The USB freezing/skipping is happening to me as well with an Edge Limited that I just picked up on December 28th (ordered in mid November). I've got the latest build of the Sync system as well. It doesn't happen often thankfully but it does happen. I have no fix other than to get annoyed and go back to the song I was listening to.. I haven't experienced any of the lockups, Sync reboots, etc, that others have reported so I'm hopeful that the Sync update addresses those. I've also noticed that the Sirius radio will sometimes freeze for a second or two and then come back. Usually that happens when you go under a bridge or something but this seems to happen in the wide open as well.
