Just returned from Dealer, my 2010 AWD w/3,000mi developed a rear hum passenger side @ speeds of 40pph & up. Only heard w/radio off. When decelerating u could hear hum subside. Made dealer tech. ride w/me, he heard it. They replaced rt rear bearing after contact w/ Ford mechanic hotline. The ride home, no humming. So far so good, hope left rear is ok.
