    Did it change the sound quality?? I know when i Installed K&N air intake into my 2011 ford edge sport it made a huge difference in sound... It peered!!!!!!

    After i installed syn3 update which includes carpal i have noticed when i remote start my car the heated seat/steering wheel is not coming on automatically anymore n when i try to go on display to just setting those options are not adjustable anymore.. ANY IDEAS??? HELP!!!!

    Had the same issue and they stated it was some kind of gasket on the door which they ordered and i am waiting to have it installed, i will let you know if it worked
