my dealer did tha and 1 day later lines are gona again....? i dont know wht o do

Hi I have a 2011 edge sport without a warranty (ended in Nov 2015). Rear camera works but lost the lines. Took it to my dealer and they got an error message B115E telling them to reconfigure camera. 1 day later lines are gone again... wondering if its a software issue or if i need to replace the camera. Im pissed

oh well this update killed my screen, its black. No radio no back up camera, nada....Now have to bring it to ford dealer on Monday. Not happy!

I downloaded the new update V3.6.2 (DA5T-14D544-BD) AND AFTER 1 HOUR (says 30 min update should be complete) of me sitting there looking at the screen it stayed black. Now no music, only black screen seems DEAD! i call ford sync and they told me I have to get the car to a dealer for a master reboot. i have to wait 1 week for them to see the car as the techs are on vacation this week... what a piss off! Always had problems with the MFT system since day 1 and getting fedup. Ford, you suck

Hi guys I have the 2011 edge sport full loaded with my touch sync bla bla bla...Im having trouble with the remote starter, sometimes works and sometimes i get a honk with lights flashing and no start so i freeze ! Sometimes it will start the first time and then if i try a second time (after it goes off) it wont start. My question is the a sensor to prevent start if car is still slightly warm??? Pisses me off to freeze after paying well over 40 k for a car...

Hi guys I get my samsung instinc paired but after 2-3 minutes in drops my phone. Only once it worked for about 1 hour. Everything else works perfectly. Im hesitant to go to Ford as I heard so many scary storys of them trying to update softwear... Has anyone had problems keeping cel phone paired?

Hi Tina Im from Montreal, Canada and I got my 2011 edge sport last month. the ONLY issue I have with MFT is keeping my phone paired. Another time my screen went black and system re-booted itself. Everything else works fine, the touch system may be slow to respond at times but was expected. With Ford updates (in future) im sure they can fix the small probelms. I heard some ppl had to pull fuses, not me. on 10, I give my 2011 edge sport a solid 7 so far.

Hi there I installed new wheels and tires for the winter. Got the sensors from ford dealer for 35$CAD each and ook the wheels tires and sensors to my buddies garage. After he installed everything (without programing anything) I have no warning light at all and its been 2 weeks. These things programed on its own or is my TPMS just not working?

My sync system connects to my wirelss internet at work but can someone tell me what you can do with it? I mean I dont see a browser...

Here is mine ( i picked it up last week) Awesome but sync SUCKS so far.

ya I got the truth in a weird way! I play hockey on Friday nights and a new guy came to play with us and I heard from a friend that he works at the dealer where i purchased my car. As soon as I asked him: so tell me what happened to that brand new edge in the garage, the one that the window exploded>? His answer was: oh that was yours!? He told me that they were engraving the "sherlock" and THATS what broke the window. So at least I know the truth and its no big deal. The Edge sport is awesome but the Sync sux so far. Cant keep phone connected and the screen blanked out for half a day. I hope Ford has updates soon...

I got the 2011 edge sport last week. All works fine except I cant get my phone to stay connected! after 3-4 minutes it disconnects. Im going crazy with this. I guess ill wait for ford to get an update for the sync. Im a little upset because it is an expensive car and should be working 100% espescially when new! Ill give Ford a chance to fix this...Unless someone here has a tip or trick?

Im finally picking it up today (if nothing else blows up before i get there!). Im still very upset, I purchased a new car and have to have the glass replaced. Some say im making a big deal for nothing. Hope its perfect.

Tell me about it im so upset. Now they tell me it could be a "short" in the defrost...and they are not even giving me options. They say I HAVE to take this truck or ill lose my 1000$ deposit. Not helpfull at all, its like they dont give a &^%&$! I went to see it and thank god there are no scratched its just the window. What a bummer

I was so happy, today was THE day I was picking up my new ford Edge (2011 sport) I get a call right before I was about to leave for the dealership, they told me car cannot be delivered to you today because as we were washing it, the back window exploded... What do you guys suggest i do now?

i got same results for my sport model ordered, I should get it on Monday, I was advised it is built and ready for shipping to my dealer~ im excited.

On ebay I found 4 OE 18" chrome clads. No sensors included, so I need to find them. What size tire are you putting? (im talking about the 2011 sport model) Was supposed to take delivr by now but was informed I gotta wait another 2-3 weeks... so anxious.

I found 18" 09 wheels on ebay(for my edge sport 20011 that im still waiting for, its been about 8 weeks now!) but did not get the tires yet, does anyone know the exact size i need (tire)

Hi Has anyone got info on what size tire to put on 18" wheel for the edge sport 2011? My dealer does not seem sure yet. Got the winter wheels and still waiting for my edge to arrive...

My dealer here in Montreal told me its locked in. I ordered mine aug 31st and still no news on delivery date. After reading some reviews here, I hope my dealer did/can really locked the deal! Im starting to worry
