The problem is I can not find that phone locally. Her birthday is next week, so I need to find it locally. What I did today was searched all the local stores (t-mobile, bestbuy, walmart, kmart, target, radioshack) and I tried to find bluetooth either T-mobile or unlocked phones less than $70. This is what I came up with. Do you know if anyone of these will work with Sync? Also I go back to is there anything I can look for in the specifications that would tell me it would work or not with Sync? Is it the bluetooth version? Thank you. I will search for these. Is this easy to find locally (bestbuy, target, etc.?). Also does the bluetooth mean anything to make sure it is compatible?

First, my wife bought a Ford Edge 2 Months ago and she finds my bluetooth enabled phone for her car useful. She has a pre-paid plan through T-mobile and she has had the same phone for about 8 years now (she use to have a contract through t-mobile). Anyways, I thought for her birthday I would get her a cheap bluetooth phone. She does NOT text, take pictures, email, browse the web, etc. and she strictly makes calls. I went to bestbuy, and found a $49 T-mobile phone that said bluetooth enabled, but the bestbuy person said "but that will not work with Ford Sync". I searched the web and found the list of certified phones, but I know there has to be more phones that would work. Not knowing phones or bluetooth, my question is: Do you know of a cheap bluetooth phone that would work on sync? Also, is it a version of bluetooth that I need? I ask this because I would assume at a certain level, all bluetooth phones should work, right? Thank you for your help!
