Hey folks, I have a 2011 Edge Sport which I bought from Summit Ford in Etobicoke (GTA). When selling almost every dealership is willing to do what they can to get your business, but when it comes time for maintence/service thats when serivce really stands out. My experience at Summit Ford recently has been horrible. I have a few things that I needed to get done on my edge. As I am talking to the service advisor he is looking at me like im speaking some alien language and just didnt give a crap about me or my problem period. Most of my issues have been fixed yet some not even touched but was told have been looked at and corrected. One example is the hood latch on my edge needs and adjustment as I have to slam the hood to close... not touched at all as I still have to slam it. There were a couple other things inside that needed to be looked at and were fixed, but when I got the vehicle back my interior was just dirty with dust and dirt all over the step still, mats and door panels, not even a curtousy wipe. Just a simple exterior wash. Took me over and hour to clean everything back to normal. I didnt bother to tell the service advisor considering he was useless anyway from the begining anyway. Consdering I sent over 40k on this vehicle I should be treated better then that especially when I take care of my vehicle and I gave it to them as if i came off the showroom floor. Wondering if anyone can recommed a dealership in the GTA where they have had great service, as I dont want to go back to Summit ever again nor do I recommened anyone else to either.

I know that they are pointed to the passenger side slightly. But my driverside is pointed much more to the passengers side to the point where it crosses over the passenger side light beam like and "X" shape. Something definalty not right there. Will be taking it in to the dealer to have them take a look at it.

Hey guys, I found these pics on google that someone posted. This person has the 2011 Sport with a hitch on it and it looks amazing! (mind you looks like there was some cutting involved but can't fully be sure in the pics) If this is anyones ride on the forum please lets us know where to get this hitch!

The 2010 Weathertech digital fit mats fit the 2011 perfectly. I was lucky enough that a shop had them and I tested before I bought and right before the snow! I got the all weather mats as well from ford and I just put them on top as I like the "EDGE" sign on the factory rubber mats. Lots of clearance under the pedels with them there as well. Hope that helps.

Hey guys, Hopefully I can explain this clear enough. The other night it was foggy, and I was looking at the headlight pattern/light beam trail of the headlights. I was standing in front of the Edge with the lights on and I noticed that both headlight patterns pointed towards the passenger side, almost like as if the Edge was looking in that direction. When I look at the headlights themselves they look like they are pointing straight and true. I checked the manual to see if it needed to be adjusted but the headlights can olny be adjusted up and down and not left or right. Maybe Ford did this purposly? I wanted to check to see if anyone else's Edge is the same as well. Can anyone else confirm the same?

That was for all four as a set. A buddy of mine just went to the dealership to price out a Limited and asked how much for the 22's as well. They confirmed the same price and that was a different dealership.

I called a ford dealer here in Canada and the 22" wheels with tires and TPMS is $2940 with 13% tax. Mind you cost is different from here and the U.S. Sad that you have to sell these. You may want to keep them if you decide to sell the vechical this way you can at least get full vvalue for it. Heck right now I'm thinking of buying these!

Anyone have a pic of it on the 2011 Edge that they can share? I would like to see it before I get one.

Finally got it! Picked it up Friday. First pic is when it got delivered to the dealership and the second when I got. I will post some better pics soon! too buzy enjoying it! :happy feet: :hyper:
