The cover over the spare tire and the storage bins on each side of the spare tire. The only wiring I see is the for wire bundles on each corner of the spare tire area which go under the vehicle. I also removed both side panels. The one on the right is where installed the factory amp and sub woofer. There were no spare plugs that I could see on the right. On the left hand side I found a black box about half way up to the window. I check the connector and it would not plug into the module that i purchased. I have attached a picture of the module that I purchase. the black box is about the size of 2 decks of cards. I am either missing some wiring or have the wrong module. I pulled the connector off of the small black box that i found. It looks like it is used for the electric seat release. Please let me know if i I am missing something. I checked all the way around the read latch, below it etc. You help is so appreciated.

Hi All, Can I get some help on the location of the Sirius module in the 07 Edge. I purchased a used module from ebay and just need to know where it gets mounted and connected to the factory wiring. I am told the wiring is already in the vehicle from the factory and do not need any additional. Right or wrong please let me know. I have successfully changed the factory CD changer head unit to the Ford factory navigation head unit thanks to the wonderful people on this forum.

Do you have the SR option to select on you system? If not it will require a dealer reprogram to re-enable the satellite option. There should be AM, FM1,FM2, SR, Line. I know this as I just took mine to the dealer to have it programmed. I replaced the standard 6 disc changer with a navigation unit. All I needed was a VIN # that had the Satellite option.

Hi All, First let me apologize as I am sure a topic similar to mine has been around a million times. I am a new edge owner and new to this WONDERFUL SITE! My question is will the 7L1T-18K931-CB Ford Factory Navigation unit work in my 2007 Ford Edge SEL? I am told this is really for a for a Lincoln MKz or a 05 and up mustang, expedition, navigator, f-150 and any other ford/mercury car or truck. You feedback is deeply apprecaited.
