i have the same issue and it started after the latest major upgrade... is "pulling the battery" really the only fix??

it seemed ok when i first got the vehicle, started at some point after one of the MFT updates. haven't tried another phone yet.

i am having a problem with the quality of phone calls in my 2011 Edge. obviously its a handsfree bluetooth connection and my phone is the HTC incredible. everyone i am talking to says it sounds like i have the windows open and they can barely hear anything but wind. does anyone else have the same problem? any help is appreciated.

is the bordeaux red color in 2011 edge purplish looking? is there another model out to look at with the same color?
