Just an update....it appears to be the squeaky seat issue ....TSB 10-17-6 will hopefully correct it....

My 2010 Limited has begun to beep while making right turns on moderatly rough surfaces. I have turned off the Park Assist and that does not correct it. I thought I was hearing things until a friend was with me and also heard it. I stopped at my local Ford dealer and talked to the service person and he had not heard that one. Anyone out there have this problem. I am hoping it will become more frequent before I take it in to allow a better shot at finding it. Update..Appears to be a squeaky seat issue will try TSB 10-17-6

I purchased the Weather tech cargo mat and was more than pleased with the fit and design. I also purchased the all weather floor mats (not the liners) and the fit is to spec. The dead dead pedal area is completely covered and there is a slit that allows the rest of the mat to sit flat on the floor. They are much better than a set of Highland mats I had in my Dodge.
