6 times in 2 months....down a car for 10 days in total From May-June

I can relate, I bought my 2 months ago and its been in the shop 6 TIMES, wish Ford would stop making vehicles on Fridays after happy hour!!

dont take it to the WOOD group or Okotoks Ford (if you live in Alberta) good luck!

look at all the issues on this board before your purchase, i only wish I had, seem like 'lemon law' comes up alot on here... i would be concerned

why do the edges have so many repeat issues?? Foglight casing - replaced twice Scuffs (front) replaced twice window regulator - replaced twice USB jack - replaced once Vista roof - serviced once nav system replaced reciever replaced - twice are all the edges built after happy hour on a friday?

I have the same problem (hard to hear) mine also hangs up on people mid conversation... yeah real nice Thats not my only problem thos, inface thats the smallest....I have had my ford into the Okotoks Ford dealership 6 times in two months, we dont have a lemon law here so I have taken the complaint where i can. The car was also into another dealership 8 times... Ford Corp Canada does not seem to really care and only reads from their script. I had the nav system replaced and it came back full of addresses to places I have never been (8 hr drive away) and Okotoks Ford dented my center console replacing the nav so they replaced that, its been in 3 times for the window regulator, and then they scratched my handles replacing the window regulator. Its been in to replace a speaker, scuff gaurd twice, sunroof, usb port, and receiver. Good luck!!

mine cuts off phone calls when its through blue tooth and has been replaced already, the phone quality is soo low I cant hear anyone even on full blast... shitty system

my sunroof has had work on it, my window regulator has been replaced TWICE my speakers have been replaced and need replacing gain, scuff gaurds and new navigation system - and reciever.... my car is a lemon thats for sure Okotoks Ford is about to worst place to take it as well they have damaged my vehicle twice during repar service, now im taking it up with the Better Business Bureau, next is a lawyer... I sympathize

in 2 months I have had my car into the Okotoks Ford dealership 6 times!! prior to that it was at Universal Ford 8 times, ps I drive an 08 edge.., If theres a lemon law or a law against lemon mechanics I would love to know! Ps. currently fighting with Okotoks because on the 3 visit they dented my middle console and my 6th appointment scratched my inside door handles.. they fixed the center console but will not accept responsibility for the door handles
